What is Core/Circuit?
It's a whole body workout which is excellent to improve mobility/strength and stamina.
Core/Circuit is a form of body conditioning and resistance training using high intensity, weights and traditional Pilates.
Each exercise is performed for 1 min with 20 secs rest
1 Circuit exercise - 1 Core exercise then repeated 20 times.
45 min class.
Different levels will be made available and all different ages welcome.
This is a fun though challenging workout for people who want
a twist in their training.
Strong emphasis on good technique is encouraged though out.
