Hello, my name is Helen.
I am a Pilates instructor, fitness and wellness advocate, nature lover, food enthusiast, wife and mother of two.
I have always had a passion for fitness. I tried Pilates 20 years ago after suffering a sports injury and I was hooked.
I have been attending Nadine's classes for over 4 years - through training with Nadine I have truly realised the physical gains as well as the mental health benefits of Pilates.
Pilates is a true passion of mine and I'm excited to share my knowledge and love for it with all my new members.
