What does 16 stand for?
 

  • 16 mins of Pilates. 
     

  • 16 mins of High,Intensity Interval Training.

P/HIIT16 is an ultimate body workout which is a series of short explosive movements with traditional Pilates for 45 mins.

P/HITT16 Benefits:
 

  • Conditions and tones the whole body using only your own body weight.
     

  • Burns fat, increases your heart rate which will improve your cardio fitness levels.

Different levels will be made available.

 

All different ages.
 

  • This is a fun though challenging workout for people who want
    a twist in their training.

     

  • Strong emphasis on good technique is encouraged through out.
